Our Quick Start projects are modular and have a fixed price for a fixed scope. You can start small with "The Starter" for basic finance, before adding more modules for a full ERP system.
All our modules include key user training, and migration of data prepared by you. We'll supply templates and guidance for that data. Don't forget that you're not limited from expanding and enhancing your system in the future.
Once you're live with your Finance and ERP Quick Start you'll need some support. There's a base monthly fee, then a small surcharge per license based on the level of support and additional services that you require.
We'll also give you some extra assistance in the initial period after you've gone live.
Some offerings include pots of service days for you to use for smaller tweaks and changes.

No matter how well prepared you are, everyone needs a little help once in a while. Or, sometimes things just go wrong. With your finance and ERP system you can’t afford to take that risk. That’s where your support contract comes in. Think of support as your insurance policy, there when you really need it.
It isn’t just for bugs either, whilst we trust you to do the right thing and use Business Central’s built in AI or the magic of the internet to find solutions, we also know that sometimes you just can’t find what you’re after, that’s where we can help. If you’re really stuck and can’t find the answer you’re looking for then ask the experts.
Prices below are monthly but we do ask that you commit to an annual contract as it helps all of us plan a little better. If you’re happy to pay upfront for the year we’ll match Microsoft’s offer and give you 12 months for the price of 10.

Depending on the modules selected and your availability for training you could be up and running in as little as 2 weeks for a basic finance system. For more complex ERP Quick Start projects a timeline of 2 to 3 months is more realistic.
Business Central is a hugely configurable ERP solution, this means there can be a lot of set up required to get the solution working. We have configured the solution with a finance setup that will work for most SMBs. There are particular areas that can then be tweaked to make the solution work better for you.
You’re not restricted by the setup and if you need to change it in the future this can be easily done in Business Central.
Business Central is a fantastic integrated solution covering a wide range of back office operations for both finance and ERP. Independent Software Vendor (ISV) add on solutions are designed to bring additional functionality to specific areas and industries, or, to further enhance the back office functionality.
We have hand picked a number of established and respected ISVs, the solutions have gone through Microsoft’s App Source validation process. These apps are seamlessly integrated into Business Central and in most cases sit within the solution and are indistinguishable from the core product.
Some of the modules utilise ISV add on solutions, there is usually a charge for this additional functionality. In addition, some integrations to external solution providers can require subscriptions with those providers, depending on the exact requirements. We’re happy to discuss and clarify any questions that you might have.
If you have purchased a support package that includes service days then those days can be used for additional training, consultancy or setup.
