Choose Your Modules

Our Quick Start projects are modular and have a fixed price for a fixed scope. You can start small with "The Starter" for basic finance, before adding more modules for a full ERP system.
All our modules include key user training, and migration of data prepared by you. We'll supply templates and guidance for that data. Don't forget that you're not limited from expanding and enhancing your system in the future.

Select Your Support

Once you're live with your Finance and ERP Quick Start you'll need some support. There's a base monthly fee, then a small surcharge per license based on the level of support and additional services that you require.
We'll also give you some extra assistance in the initial period after you've gone live.
Some offerings include pots of service days for you to use for smaller tweaks and changes.

1. Pick Your Business Central Licenses

12 and 36 month subscriptions are paid up front but give you more than a 15% price reduction for the length of the subscription.

2. Choose Your Quick Start Modules

Everyone likes to have a choice, we believe that shouldn’t change when it comes to a new system. Whether you just need a finance solution or a full ERP package our Quick Start projects have you covered. We implement Business Central using preconfigured setup. This setup is then tailored to you, this allows quick, repeatable, cost effective solutions. You pick and choose the modules that you require (The Starter is mandatory) and we put it all together for you. The following is included as part of the implementation:

You don’t need to pick all the modules up front. We can talk about phasing if you’d rather grow your finance system into an ERP system. Pay a 10% deposit when ordering your Quick Start project, agree the start date, and then once we start, pay 3 equal monthly payments for the remaining sum. You’ll be up and running by the time you finish paying for it.

3. Select Your Support

No matter how well prepared you are, everyone needs a little help once in a while. Or, sometimes things just go wrong. With your finance and ERP system you can’t afford to take that risk. That’s where your support contract comes in. Think of support as your insurance policy, there when you really need it.

It isn’t just for bugs either, whilst we trust you to do the right thing and use Business Central’s built in AI or the magic of the internet to find solutions, we also know that sometimes you just can’t find what you’re after, that’s where we can help. If you’re really stuck and can’t find the answer you’re looking for then ask the experts.

Prices below are monthly but we do ask that you commit to an annual contract as it helps all of us plan a little better. If you’re happy to pay upfront for the year we’ll give you a 10% discount as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you implement Business Central?

Depending on the modules selected and your availability for training you could be up and running in as little as 2 weeks for a basic finance system. For more complex ERP Quick Start projects a timeline of 2 to 3 months is more realistic.

If there is an area of functionality that you require but you can’t see a Quick Start module listed then contact us to discuss your requirements. Often, all that is required is some additional set up or an add on solution for your ERP system.

Business Central is a hugely configurable ERP solution, this means there can be a lot of set up required to get the solution working. We have configured the solution with a finance setup that will work for most SMBs. There are particular areas that can then be tweaked to make the solution work better for you.

You’re not restricted by the setup and if you need to change it in the future this can be easily done in Business Central.

Business Central is a fantastic integrated solution covering a wide range of back office operations for both finance and ERP. Independent Software Vendor (ISV) add on solutions are designed to bring additional functionality to specific areas and industries, or, to further enhance the back office functionality.

We have hand picked a number of established and respected ISVs, the solutions have gone through Microsoft’s App Source validation process. These apps are seamlessly integrated into Business Central and in most cases sit within the solution and are indistinguishable from the core product.

Some of the modules utilise ISV add on solutions, there is usually a charge for this additional functionality. In addition, some integrations to external solution providers can require subscriptions with those providers, depending on the exact requirements. We’re happy to discuss and clarify any questions that you might have.

With the unlimited support package we’ll happily answer any questions that you have regarding the solution and processes within it, however, this is based on the assumption that training has been provided to the users. If we feel that the users are repeatedly asking the same questions or require additional training in particular areas then we will recommend this and reserve the right to charge in certain scenarios. The unlimited support package includes service days, these days can be utilised for training.

If you have purchased a support package that includes service days then those days can be used for additional training, consultancy or setup.

All of this can be included and if you need additional time then that can be purchased at our standard day rate. Your Quick Start isn’t end of the journey, it’s just the beginning.

Our account reviews are a brief, regular meeting that allows both side to review how things are going. This will typically include:

  • Support statistics and any longstanding issues
  • Opportunities for further improvement with the finance and ERP system such as new functionality or solutions
  • Any changes in leadership team or key users
  • Adoption and acceptance of the system
