No-one should be manually processing purchase invoices any more, speed up your invoice processing with our Quick Start Document Capture module. Using Continia Document Capture to give you end to end invoice processing inside Business Central.

Whether you receive your invoices as PDFs, XMLs or on paper (you’ll need a scanner for that one!) you can automate your processes to match against purchase orders and receipts. Line level matching means you know exactly what products or services you’ve been invoiced for. If there isn’t a document in Business Central then Continia Document Capture will create you one. If documents need approval, then the advanced approval workflows will allow users to approve in Business Central or a web portal giving them all the information they need at their fingertips.

Purchase contract functionality allows you to manage your ongoing subscriptions and contracts so you know how much you’re paying and when they are up for renewal. Never get caught out with a renewal again!

As part of the module we’ll set up the solution and give you training on how to create and manage your templates and workflows in the system. You’ll be up and running and saving time before you know it.
